February is a great time to celebrate the ones you love, and for Valentines day we are celebrating some of your favorite specials. Crispy Roasted Brussel Sprouts with balsamic reduction and prosciutto. Organic Roasted beet salad, with raspberry, feta and tarragon vinaigrette. Surf and Turf Spring rolls, with lobster, grilled steak, scallions,and red pepper spread, served on spring greens with wasabi and roasted red pepper aioli. For Dessert, gourmet truffles from Andrea’s Truffles. All four courses for only $49 per couple!
This month I am very excited to announce the lovely and talented Leah Jang as our new Sous Chef at the Pub. Leah has been with us for over a year and in that time has become an invaluable member of our family. If you see her outside the kitchen feel free to congratulate her on this awesome step in her career, we are so happy to have her.
