Valentine’s Day at The Pub

February is a great time to celebrate the ones you love, and for Valentines day we are celebrating some of your favorite specials. Crispy Roasted Brussel Sprouts with balsamic reduction and prosciutto. Organic Roasted beet salad, with raspberry, feta and tarragon vinaigrette. Surf and Turf Spring rolls, with lobster, grilled steak, scallions,and red pepper spread, served on spring greens with wasabi and roasted red pepper aioli. For Dessert, gourmet truffles from Andrea’s Truffles. All four courses for only $49 per couple!

This month I am very excited to announce the lovely and talented Leah Jang as our new Sous Chef at the Pub. Leah has been with us for over a year and in that time has become an invaluable member of our family. If you see her outside the kitchen feel free to congratulate her on this awesome step in her career, we are so happy to have her.

So come in on Valentines day to celebrate that special someone, or any other day to celebrate our new Sous Chef, either way we will be happy to share an evening, and a fantastic meal with you.

Life’s a Hoot – December Art Happy Hour

Get your creative juices flowing with a painting class paired with Happy Hour! This month’s art happy hour painting will be “Life’s a Hoot” on a 16×20 canvas!

The event will be Sunday, December 22nd, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. at The Wine Pub. The cost is $25/person or $45/couple and includes a 3 hour painting class on canvas, all materials, and step-by-step instruction from a professional art teacher. You will receive happy hour pricing on food and beverages until 6, and no experience is required!

November Community Dinner

We have a fabulous Fall community dinner coming up: Saturday, November 23rd at 7 pm. Malissa has created the most delicious four course menu for $30, and wine pairings for each course for $12.

First Course: Spicy pumpkin soup

Second Course: Spinach salad with orange vinaigrette, roasted cinnamon pepitas, dried cranberries, blueberries and goat cheese

Third Course: Roasted prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin with crispy Brussels sprouts and roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Fourth Course: Apple tarte tatin with homemade cinnamon whipped cream

The idea behind the community dinner is that there’s one table, one seating, and you can meet new friends and enjoy great conversation.
